Golf Tournament & Dinner

Event Summary
When: Jun 20, 2026, 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

What are you supporting by participating in the Woodland Golf Tournament, and Why Does it Cost So Much?

By participating in the Woodland Golf Tournament or becoming a sponsor, you are helping families who might not otherwise be able to receive a Christian High School education.

Woodland is a tuition-based school and does not receive any government funding for education. Sure, there are many families that can afford a privately funded education and send their teens to Woodland. But so do single moms, immigrants, double income families with students in both elementary and high school. Yes, it is their CHOICE to send their children to an independent school. However, many see Christian education as their responsibility because it aligns better with the values of their family and church communities than the public or Catholic school systems.

Therefore, your sponsorship or participation helps them afford Christian schooling at Woodland by applying for the Tuition Assistance Fund.

Golf is getting expensive! Especially when you include a light lunch, dinner, and the comfort of golf carts. All of which make for a pleasant community-building event when others get to know the school, its vision and mission, and sometimes some of its staff and students. The cost per golfer, including tax and gratuities, is $148.35, or about $150 per player.
